- International shipping time is determined at checkout
- Orders ship within 5-7 business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for Worldwide Saver delivery
- Please note international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Please check their website for more info.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return or exchange. Please follow the below steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) you want to send back and if you would like to make an exchange.
2. Once the return or exchange is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label and the return invoice. Please include invoice inside the box and attach prepaid label to outside of box.
3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with their tags attached.
*Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.
If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to follow the above steps to make a return and place a new order. Your exchange will ship once we receive the return in original condition. Please email us at email@example.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.
